What if we cooked a Sicilian meal and ate it together? This is the concept of “Together in The Kitchen”, Little Island Creamery’s quarterly opportunity for us to share cooking skills and tips, empower each other by learning how to cook, encourage healthy behaviors and build community!

May’s Menu:

● Spaghetti con pancetta e pesto di pistacchio (Spaghetti with bacon andpistachio pesto)

● Melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplants in tomato sauce and Parmesan casserole)

● Insalata di arancione e finochio (fennel and orange salad)

● Tiramisu

We will meet again in August for a “Crèpe party”
