Conservation Soup Demonstration

Come learn about conservation foods with classically trained chef Kyla Gribskov. In this class, you will learn the history and importance behind conservation cooking. Kyla will be demonstrating and discussing stock making from a bone-in ham, in which she will make ham bone soup and discuss the process of making split pea and ham soup. This is a great way to take that leftover ham from the holidays and turn it into a whole new dish.
