Traditional French Cuisine

This quarter, let’s cook a traditional French meal and eat it together! “Together in The Kitchen” is Little Island Creamery’s quarterly opportunity for us to share cooking skills and tips, empower each other by learning how to cook, encourage healthy behaviors and build community!

November’s Menu:

• Beef liver mousse pâté
• Boeuf Bourguignon (beef stew)
• Roasted Chestnut and squash
• Tarte Tatin (french style caramelized apple pie)

We will meet again in February for another “Crêpe party” (in case you missed the one last August!)
