“Caponata Siciliana”

This Spring, we are cooking an Italian meal to eat together! “Together in The Kitchen” is Little Island Creamery’s quarterly opportunity for us to share cooking skills and tips, empower each other by learning how to cook, encourage healthy behaviors and build community.

May 7th Menu:

• Homemade gnocchi with sauce 🍝
• Caponata Siciliana (eggplant dish) 🍆
• Fried Baccala (salted cod fish)🐟
• Sicilian Almond cookies 🍪

We will meet again in August for a Scandinavian meal inspired by our community history!
