Join this unique opportunity to learn how to prepare your summer veggies in a new way. Tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants and peppers will be the stars of this class!

We’ll learn how they are cooked and enjoyed in Provence, with several recipes including

  • The famous Ratatouille
  • Farcis (stuffed vegetables)
  • Tomates à la Provençale (tomatoes Provençale style – pictured above)
