With just two ingredients (durum flour and water) and 3 hours of instruction, you’ll be on your way to becoming a master of Southern Italian pasta. During this class we will introduce you to a variety of pasta shapes such as pici, fusilli, gnocchi and busiate, just to name a few. Then we will concentrate our practice on two of those shapes in class.
