Elochoman Valley resident, Julie Johnson, is back with an in-depth class on sourdough bread! She will walk us through the ‘ins and outs’ of making the best sourdough bread from scratch. Meet “Larry”, “Karl”, and “Kensington”, Johnson’s three sourdough starters, and work alongside this talented lady, taking you from bare bones to making an exceptional loaf of sourdough bread, every time. Your taste buds will thank you for signing up! Each participant will take home a jar of starter, a danish whisk, a bulk fermentation container, a spatula for mixing starter, a timer, and more! This is a great class to learn or practice making bread for all occasions.
