Feta Cheese Making Class
May 24 at 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Our new cheese class this month will be a hands-on workshop for making Feta!
Feta is a brined curd cheese traditionally made from sheep or goat’s milk that originated in Greece. It is one of the oldest recorded cheeses in the world. Known for it’s salty, tangy flavor and crumbly texture it is easily recognized.
In this class, you’ll learn how to start feta using cow’s milk, simple tools, and basic ingredients. This class will get you started, but there’s homework involved since feta is ideally aged between 5-7 days, so you’ll get to take your cheese home and brine it yourself!
LIMITED TO 6 PARTICIPANTS
Admission is $60 per person
