The talented Julie is back!

Join Elochoman Valley resident, Julie Johnson, as she walks you through the ‘ins and outs’ of making sourdough everything from scratch. Meet “Larry”, “Karl”, and “Kensington”, Johnson’s three sourdough starters, and work alongside this talented lady, taking you from bare bones to making an exceptional loaf of sourdough bread, pizza or pie crust and delicious cinnamon rolls. Your taste buds will thank you for signing up!

Each participant will take home a jar of starter, a danish whisk, a bulk fermentation container, a spatula for mixing starter, a timer, and more! This is a great class to learn how sourdough can be used in such versatile ways.
