Join a hands-on opportunity to learn with celebrity Chef Stew! Using Little Island Creamery premium products, including our award winning brie, butter and ice cream, Chef Stew will teach us how to turn a steak and potato dinner into a sumptuous meal!
All of the delicious food prepared will be shared after the class. 😋

- Brie mashed potatoes
- Seared steak with Clarified butter and Brie sauce
- Sautéed vegetables and fresh green salad with Brie crumbles
- Little Island Creamery vanilla ice cream with fresh fruits
A father, gourmet chef/caterer, motivational speaker and TV personality, Robert “Chef Stew” Stewart’s greatest passion is cooking and making people feel good through his exquisite five-star cuisine. He has catered throughout the United States and was featured on several culinary shows including “Industry Soup w/ Chef Stew” which allowed everyone to het a glimpse into the life of a celebrity chef. He was a contestant on “Guy’s Grocery Games”and went on to become the winner of Cutthroat Kitchen (Season 8, Episode 9) in 2016. Chef Stew is the CEO of Stews Stix, the President of Transition Kitchen Foundation and the host of Columbia Coast TV.
