Learn to make your own charcuterie and cheese board with our cheesemaking and cooking staff.

We will collectively create one board that we will enjoy together in class. Participants will also learn to make two cheese appetizers, including whipped brie (with LIC award winning brie!) and a flavored cream cheese ball, and liver mousse pâté to take home.
