
Herb Butter Making Class

Learn about culinary herbs and how to make herb butters using Little Island Creamery’s delectable butter, with the awesomely talented Stacey Lane.
Together, we’ll make basil, chive and dill herb butter in the class and we’ll get to try some of Stacey’s creations on her own homemade sourdough bread, such as:
- Cranberry Orange Vanilla
- Rosemary, parsley and Shallots
- Garlic, basil and olive oil
- Berries and bourbon
- Spicy butter with peppers
This class is a collaboration with Puget Island Gardens! We will meet at PIGs at 10:00am, learn about culinary herbs and their care from Dawn O’Neil and travel to Little Island Creamery’s kitchen down the street to make some butter with freshly acquired herbs! 🌿
