Your Team Captain will fill out the registration form online and submit ONE form for the team
CONSENT AND LIABILITY
Team members will be individually emailed their LIR safety and liability waiver to complete and submit online
PACKET PICK UP

Little Island Relay’s three person teams will include a runner,
cyclist and kayaker- inviting friendly competition and teamwork.
The Island Man is an
opportunity for racers to show
off their skills and complete all three legs as an individual.
