In late winter our goats have their babies a couple of months before our cows have theirs. What to do with all that goat milk? Make goat cheese. We are offering chevre in plain, cranberry, artichoke and jalapeno, garlic and dill, and additional assorted flavors in 4 oz. packages. Contact the barn for availability of rotating flavors.
Chevre is a fresh cheese, made with goat milk, salt, cultures, and rennet. It is delicious on top of eggs, crackers, bread, veggies, or fingers.
